Excellent Career Opportunity to Join the Compliance Team of a Major Supplier of a Range of Well Being Products with an Established and Growing Client Base
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the Compliance Officer will Provide Support in Ensuring Compliance with ISO13485 and All Other Regulatory Standards
ROLE
- Full Conversancy with Standard Operating Procedures to Enable Undertaking of Specific Duties and Responsibilities in Conformance with the Company QMS eg Customer Complaints, Change Control, Non-Conformances and CAPA, Product Recall, Internal Audits, QC Inspection, Document Control and Technical Files
- Assist with Preparation and Completion of Documents Required to Ensure Compliance with the Quality Management Systems for ISO 13485
- Continually to Strive for LSAS Good Social and Ethical Practices within the Business and the Supply Chain and Incorporate the LSAS 15 Sections of the Specification
- Technical File Development as Part of the MDD and MDR Responsibility
- Conduct Routine Daily Activities as Requested by the Compliance Manager, and Ensure All Activities are Conducted Accurately and Effectively
- Ensure Health and Safety Compliance at All Times, Including Wearing of Issued PPE
- Report Any Issues to the Compliance Manager
- Facilitate Training
- Assist with Other Functions and Tasks as Requested by Management
- Awareness of Health and Safety at Work
- Adhere to Good Distribution Practice
- Adhere to, Promote and Actively Engage in Labour Standard Assurance System
REQUIRED
- Appropriate Qualifications and Experience of Working in a Regulated Sector eg Pharmaceutical, Personal Care
- Ability to Prioritise a Busy Workload and Work to Deadlines with No Loss of Accuracy
- Excellent Organisation and Administration Skills
- Total Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Associated IT Systems
- Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Spoken
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to Establish and Develop Relationships within the Business
- Ability to Work in a Team or Independently as Necessary
