Recruitment Consultant - Brighton, East Sussex

A  Recruitment Consultant is required for our Brighton, East Sussex based Recruitment Consultancy operating in the Scientific and Engineering Sectors. ARx will consider application from either experienced Recruitment Consultants (from all sectors) or sales focused candidates with a strong telephone manner and impactful presence wishing to move into the Recruitment Industry. Your earning will be based on your ability to deliver, but OTE can range from £30,000 to £55,000 per annum within your first two years and higher in subsequent years

ARx Recruitment has established itself over the years as a specialist Consultancy providing Engineering and Scientific staff to clients ranging from Medium sized businesses to International PLC’s. Our business is built on the establishment of long term client and candidate relationships and we expect our Consultants to be able to deliver professionalism across the board in all that they do.  We will provide you with the freedom, support and guidance given to help you grow into a successful Recruitment Consultant within our chosen operating sectors.

We are happy to receive applications from experienced Recruitment Consultants, (ranging from Trainees looking to expand their career, through to experienced Consultants), with a background in any sector, that have the drive and ambition to deliver exceptional results.  We would also invite applicants confident with telephone work and a strong, confident and resourceful approach to apply even if they have no recruitment experience.

You will be working from offices based in Brighton, East Sussex and you will be looking to work on both Temporary and Permanent vacancies delivering unique recruitment solutions to both established and new clients alike.
